BrightRide (Reuver, KvK 98733745) handles your personal data with care. This statement explains which data we process and why.
Which data
When you request an appointment through our website, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the address where we should come, your licence plate if you provide it, and any information you enter in the form yourself.
What for
We use this data only to contact you about your appointment, to carry out the work and to send you an invoice. We never sell your data to third parties.
Who helps us
The website runs on Netlify. Requests are stored with Supabase, on servers in the EU. We send confirmation emails via Resend. Agreements are in place with these parties to protect your data.
Retention
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Completed appointment requests and emails we have sent you are deleted automatically after 12 months. We keep invoices for 7 years because the law (tax retention obligation) requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. To do so, please contact us at info@brightride.nl.
Cookies and visitor statistics
This website does not place any cookies for tracking or advertising. To see how many people visit the site, we count page views without cookies and without storing your IP address. We only keep the page visited, the language, the type of device, the website you came from and a code that changes every day. This means you cannot be recognised or followed. These figures are deleted after 13 months.
