What do I need when you come to me?

A spot where the car can stand, with a power socket and an outdoor tap nearby: we need these for our equipment. We bring all the equipment and products ourselves. No socket or tap? Let us know in advance and we will find a solution together.

Is my appointment confirmed straight away?

Accepted Answer

You choose a free time slot online, which we reserve for you immediately. We then confirm the appointment personally, usually within a few hours. The day before, you will also receive a reminder by email.

Which areas do you cover?

We work from Reuver across Limburg and the surrounding area, such as Venlo, Roermond, Tegelen, Beesel and Panningen. Live just outside? Feel free to ask.

How long does a treatment take?

That depends on the package: a basic interior clean takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, a full detail inside and out 5 to 6 hours. Polishing takes longer. The expected duration is shown with every package.

Do I need to be at home while you work?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. We need access to the car (unlocked or with the key) and a place to work. For upholstery cleaning you will of course be at home.

Can you always get stains out?

Most stains come out completely or get much lighter. Some old or deeply set stains are unfortunately permanent. We will tell you honestly up front what to expect.

Question 7

How quickly will my sofa or chair be dry?

After a deep clean the fabric is usually dry within a few hours, depending on the material and ventilation. Opening a window helps.

Question 8

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay afterwards, once you are happy: by card, in cash or via a payment request. You always receive an invoice by email.

How does a subscription work?

With a Silver or Golden Care subscription your car is cleaned inside and out two or three times a month, for a fixed monthly price. The minimum term is 2 months, after which you can cancel monthly.
